Anybody figure out a decent workaround or get any kind of resolution from Ltwoo? Does anybody have any experience or a way to get service from Ltwoo. I'm a bit bent of shape right now because if there's no good way to fix this, it looks like it'll be necessary to uninstall the battery from the bike and find a way to direct charge it everytime. Or replace the derailleur. This particular component doesn't seem user serviceable.

I never look at the USB cord light. Just clean the contacts with a cotton swab + alcohol and firmly press on the magnetic charger. Also make sure your batteries were properly charged beforehand. I have an external universal charger that I was able to charge my 14500 batteries before installation.
I've taken my eGR in pouring rain and desert conditions. No problem. If it's problematic, go buy SRAM AXS XPLR or the new Shimano GRX Di2 and call it a day.
