Hi, I just built a wheelset using Koozer 450 boost hubs with XD drive. All went well except for the fact that the SRAM cassette doesn’t seem to fit onto the Koozer's XD drive. It seems the diameter of the drive is just slightly too large for the cassette to slip on. When comparing to other XD drives I have lying round (Syncros, Bontrager) the cassette still slightly wiggles before the threads start engaging. Not so for the Koozer drive. It sits really tight. As a result, when trying to fasten the cassette the thread on both the XD driven and inside the cassette starts shearing off.
Has anyone else had this issue with Koozer XD drives? Manufacturing tolerances? Any other possible reason or mistake on my side? I am grateful for any suggestions.
