I wouldnt recommend because this spacer is what centers the fork in the headtube and distributes the load on the top bearing

The micro spacer is on top of the c ring. The C ring was not enough to give the right gap between frame and headset cover. The micro spacer is only to allow a bigger gap. I don't see how it would cause concerns.

When you have a chance, replace the current micro spacer with one of those kocevlo micro spacers from Ali for a long term solution, these have holes to tab into the top bearing cover so it can't spin independently. With the solution you have now, I assume it's just a round spacer which you have cut an opening, make sure you file down the cut otherwise it can start damaging the hoses and worse case, steerer as it not tabbed into the rest of the headset.

Has anyone found a solution to the flimsy computer mount? 3x bolt pattern doesn't seem to align with anything ordinary.

I searched for the Kovcelo Rings but was not able to find one that actually fits.

Has anyone asked the seller about the recommended torque setting for the tt-x71 seatpost clamp? When I asked, they told me 8–10 N, so I followed their instructions—and my seatpost ended up cracking.
When I contacted the seller about it, they just played dumb and said the torque setting was correct.
Seriously, Seraph sucks.
They’re probably just trying to wait until the one-year warranty on the seatpost expires.

I ordered the tt-x71 frame in mid-August 2025, and it arrived at the end of September.
I noticed the seatpost was damaged about a month later, but I left it as is for a while.
Then, recently, it started making a strange noise, so I’ve been in contact with the Seraph seller since around February, but they stopped responding in April.
The warranty period is still valid, right?

It's a Ostro v2 replica, you should've used Factor's recommended torque setting of 3-4 nm since it is the same system.

I'm tightening it to 3 N now, but when I first bought it, I didn't know any better, so I tightened it to 8 N just as I was  :'(told. :'(

Yeah they gave you the torque spec for the V1... pretty poor on their part.

it's been amost 10 years since my last TanTan frame build, but I see that they have not changed. The recommendation is the same as 10 years ago: do not buy from them.

I assume that reading threads like this biases you a lot. Those people who don't have any issues with their frames don't post here.

I have finished my build this week and so far I am very impressed. The carbon quality seems to be very good.
The assembly process was quite hard for me, because I have never asseembled a whole bike before and I had to face some issues. For example the output holes for the brake hoses in the handlebar were too small. So I made them bigger with my girlfriend's electric nail file 
And I had a few minor problems with the expander and this crazy centering ring because of my own silliness.
But after a few days I made it and this the result:

I have loosened the headset to take a look if the cut c ring did any damage. None that I can see. Also, even if I put the kocevlo spacer with holes, there is no pin protruding from the headset cover or the c-ring. So that spacer would also move independently.

Anyone else had to put a spacer between the headset cover and c ring? Even if not cut, the spacer could damage the steerer or hoses.

I am laminating the mount myself with carbon fibre and epoxy. Will share some pics if it worked.

My mount cracked yesterday. I rolled over a hole and it cracked  I wrote to seraph & also SP cycle to see what options they have. SP offers the same bar with the r066. Maybe they have better options,most likely no.
