Tight indeed... what is the actual measured width of the tires?

Tires measure about 35mm. I might size down to 30c instead  .

Also I cant find my scale today, so ill weigh it out tomorrow when I also mess around with the endoscope!

Can you send us a pic of the thru axles and measurments markings?
It's so hard to find 1.0 pitch thru axles i don't want to mess it up!
What do you mean about bearings? The ones they give are the wrong size or do they fit the frame?
Can i have the measurments of the two set screws at the back?

Alright sorry for the wait, been busy the past few days.

Here are some photos of the headset for the frame. I am not a huge fan of the way it works, it seems like a bit of a bodge, but I suppose it works.

The two headset bearings supplied with the bike appear to be identical. And they both slot into the bike frame snuggly.

In the first photo you can see that they supply 3 "washers"  that center the fork with the top bearing. Only one of the "washers" seem to work with this frame. The other two either inadequately center the fork, or they leave too much of a gap when you assemble the spacer. See the second picture to see the different profiles of the "washers" (if someone knows the proper term please let me know ).

As you can see in the third photo, if you dont install the "washer", the fork is functionally ignoring the top bearing.

Here are photos of the Thru Axel and seat-post clamp screws with some measurements. Rear TA is marked, but the front TA has no markings. Total weight of them are 58g

@Serge_K Here are photos of the inside, from the headset and BB areas. Also are some photos with my endoscope from the BB area. The walls of the inside seem shockingly smooth.

The seattube is a bit weird. There seems to be a chunk of carbon blocking it off (see last photo).

The headset is pretty standard no? It’s how all internally routed headsets work, you have a c-shaped spacer that centers the fork and also provides room for cables. Sometimes you have to try a couple different c - spacers or play with additional shims/spacers on top for a perfect fit. Of course for a complete frame set they should provide you with the right one for a perfect fit, so maybe the handlebar wasn’t designed specifically for this frame.

Weight seems a bit porky considering it’s an unpainted frame lol, so all other variations will be heavier still  :'(

It would be great to hear from others if their TT X71 frameset also have the seat tube blocked off like mine. I find it so peculiar. I cant think of a reason for it.

Since I ordered through Aliexpress, I messaged them through the Aliexpress store (Seraph). They arent very good at communication tbh. Somtimes they ignore parts of my question, or even straight up ghost me.

Im honestly dreading the conversation to try to figure out the issue of them sending the wrong handlebars. If anyone has experience with Tantan/Seraph when they sent the wrong item, please reach out!

Also for what its worth, I think it will be much more cost effective to get a painted frame from Seraph. Getting it custom painted or even DIY painting will be pretty expensive. And riding it unpainted is not a good idea. UV can kill the resin within the frame. I am primarily doing it because I want a fun art project

Im aware of the paint costs, but i dont think tantan can replicate what i want to paint, so im doing it locally.

One order was missing a headset and they sent it after 2 emails, so till now my experience has been quite positive.

Hmm, I seem to be in a bit of a dilemma. On one hand I could just dispute the order through Aliexpress - probably securing a partial refund for the handlebars. On the other hand I could reach out and ask them to send out another pair of handlebars, but risk them ghosting me.

Actually after writing this out - I think i'll probably just dispute them for a partial refund and then pick up another handlebar set somewhere else.
