430 frames doesn't seem an unrealistic number to sell and why pay now rather than towards the end?

There’s no way this campaign will reach the number of backers they’re asking for in the remaining time.
If you back it, the best-case scenario is getting a refund.
They stated that the project will go ahead regardless, so even if campaign does go forward in indiegogo, they may honor the pricing for early backers. That’s me assuming based on what I read here…

After a bit of research, it turns out they're allowed to keep your money regardless.
They claim that if the goal isn't reached, you'll get a refund, but the campaign is set to Flexible Funding (not Fixed Funding).
That means they'll get your money from Indiegogo whether the goal is met or not.

Any refund would be voluntary, and Indiegogo won't help you get it back.
Once the funding ends, they can spend the money however they want. You have no guarantees and no rights.
It's essentially like paying via PayPal Friends for a 36% discount.

I'm just saying it's definitely risky, and hopefully this won't become the new normal for upcoming framesets from China.
I doubt it's a scam, but there is a risk.

I received the following information:

"Refund Policy
You may request a refund from Indiegogo until October 3, 2025 unless the Campaign Owner has initiated shipping with a tracking number.
Any refunds after this date are the responsibility of the campaign owner at their discretion."

The frame looks promising, but, as someone who has been scammed on Kickstarter before, I don't quite trust it.

The answers they give are inconsistent. At one point, they say the project will continue no matter what. Then, a little later, they say that they will fully refund you if they don't meet their goals.

They have a flexible goal and claim that the project will continue anyway. If they have the funds to continue anyway, why would they create an Indiegogo campaign and sell the frames for two-thirds of the price, resulting in very little margin?

The weight guarantee seems like bait. They only list one weight for one frame size that hardly anyone orders. How would that guarantee work with my 56 cm frame?

It sounds like they would say and guarantee anything to make sure you back their product. The prices also seem too good to be true.

Once the campaign is over, there is no way to get your money back and Indiegogo won't help you.

Having said that, when I was scammed on Kickstarter, the project didn't look nearly as promising as this one. I guess the chances of this going through are much better than the project I supported.

Size 54cm 3D Printing Avaliable Next Week
Dear All,
We will do 3D printing for size 54cm. And you will see the what is the real frame look like. And we will check the fitness of the wheels, groupset and over look of the frame.
I will update them to you. And if there is any change, I will let you guys know.
This will be a big move for this project. We will move for mold soon once we check the 3D printing prototype.
Let's wait for this model. If you like this model, please get the perk.
Thanks for your support.

Soo tempted for this one..
I would really love a 54cm frame.. It would probably be a little bit to low stack for me optimally, but not thaaaat bad.
If weight is anywhere close to what is said, then its extremely light for that deep aero-frame.

This frame looks really good. Geometry of an all-around frame with aero design. I'm tempted to try but it's too risky for now. The link provided in the thread has also been updated.

Thanks for sharing the photos and video! The video especially helps getting a better feel for the frame.

Personally not a huge fan of the curvy top tube. Also the fork clearance seems more narrow than expected. I feel like alot of modern aero frames have pretty big tire clearance.

Me neither, it also doesnt seem to appear on any of the renders, I asked him how it will look in the final production

I’m in a dialogue with Jack. The final product with look like the renders! Furthermore, I have more trust in them now after I have seen their video, as it appears they have done OEM for a rather known local bike brand in my country

Official statement

Please ignore the twisted top tube. This is caused by painting; The material is not strong enought. It will change its shape when put them into the oven.

It looks pretty good, I must say. I'd go fot it over the new VeloBuild as I think they've done a better overall job with the design, but the geometry's just way too slack.
