Could someone help me? I bought a Thinkrider TR1300s lamp some time ago, but unfortunately I lost the knob from the mount shown in the picture. Does anyone know if it’s possible to buy just the knob or the entire mount itself on AliExpress?

Maybe it's not available in your region but try switching the .us in the URL to .com:
