Could anyone who has built up this Spcycle frame with an integrated handlebar help me out and tell me what size the headset bearing cover was? 7,5min, 7mm, 6,5mm??

 Many thanks.

SP-cycle also makes a 7 mm compression ring. I don't have this frame but sometimes the upper bearing is 7 mm and bottom 8 mm or the opposite.

This headset has 3 different compression rings for different heights (which seems to be very similar to the one from SPcycle):

In the product details, they show a picture recommending one compression ring or another based on the bearing seat depth.

I haven't tried it, though.

There are 6.5mm bearings too. Orginal headset bearing are of poor quality, it’s not worth assembling a bike with those. Only one long wet ride and those are gone.

Now i have enduro stainless steel bearing.

That's a great idea! Could you tell me exactly which ones you're using?
