Best Choice of Shimano 2X12s di2 Components

Shifter: GRX825
Why not R9270 R8170 R7170: The top part of this lever is very sharp and it directly touches the controller's wire, it may break wire after many times of braking. GRX shifters design are good and also have high pivot points.


Front Derailleur: FD-R8150, FD-R9270
Why not GRX825 R7170: The inner side plastic of the front derailleur is very fragile. It is easily crushed.  But the GRX's issue is not serious compared to the 105's.


Rear Derailleur: RD-RX825, RD-R9250>RD-R8150
Why not R7170: The plate body of this derailleur is made of thin glass fiber plastic. Very fragile. It also happened in RD-R8150. But the UT's issue is not serious compared to the 105's. DA's surface finishing is excellent.


Crankset: FC-R7100
Why not FC-R8100, FC-R9200: Glued Crankset. Still have many issues.


Caliper: R9270, Wheeltop One-Piece 7800 Caliper
Why not R8170 R7170: Many report about those caliper's rust. But the UT's issue is not serious compared to the 105's.


Chain: CN-M9100
Why not other: Full protective coating from inside to outside. If you do not always ride along the sea. Others are also ok.
