I need a cheap road bike frame for my direct drive home trainer.

QR or Thru-axle.
If possible in white.

Any recommendation?

Zwift bike is not technically eligible. You can get a medical letter of necessity for anything really and submit it to your HSA. If they ever audit your HSA you will pay a penalty. Regardless dont buy that

It is painfully stiff. I had one for a few weeks and sold it for a loss. Admittedly I bought a size up which shortened the seatpost. But that thing rode like a plank of wood.

If alloy is the game, get something that leaves a lot of exposed seat tube and takes a good old 27.2 round boy for comfort.

I paid about forty dollar equivalent for an aluminium Felt frame, forks, seat post, bottom bracket, bars and stem from fleabay.
It's in good condition and works just fine.
Why pay more, you're only going to drip sweat and misery on it
