Not sure why vendors build frames like this for TT bikes

I don't think I'd ride one of these, regardless of the innovation, technology etc that's gone into developing it.

Can we just have a modern/updated TT frame similar to the Winow and VB TT 23 with the drastic tubing? Would probably generate much more interest

The UCI considers this not to be a bike. Which means the bike can't really be used for TT, for example. That just leaves triathlons, and even then, not all of them.
You'd have to show wind tunnel testing so compelling to justify this frame over something like a Shiv.
Also if it's a brand new frame it should clear 32C to make it future proof enough.

Bottom line: this hardly makes any sense.
Can we have instead a Shiv clone with 32C clearance?

The Ironman label does not care about UCI 😉

Don't get me wrong, I agree with everything you said.

This is way too angular and sharp edged to be proper aero design. This type of (P5X-esque) design is great if you're making a bike for wind tunnels where turbulence is low and there's no steering input, but that's just not what real-world riding conditions are like. Mike Burrows had it right with the lotus 108.

I personally do not like the look of the "soft ride" (or whatever you call them) TT frames. I just want more, Cervelo P series/ Specialized Shiv/ Trek speed concept/ canyon speedmax, tradiational TT frames that are modernized (wide tires and more custom fitting cockpits like the vb and winow) and reasonably priced (unlike hongfu, elves, and others that charge double or more what their road frames are)... That also has comes in an XL/XXL. We need more shiv or similar clones on the market.

But who knows, I feel like too many Triathletes bash wide tires, anything that isn't dura ace or sram red, and chinese frames.

Triathlon is the “it” sport right now, a lot of people doing it because it’s cool and bring a lot of brand “bro” attitude. Regarding pricing, there is a lot more carbon in a tri frame, more labor and probably lower sale unit so not surprising that unit cost is more expensive

The tt extensions have the same aero design problems as the rest of the frame, you're better off with the winow ones

That was exactly my intention in posting this. Winow stops at size "L"  :(
