Wheelset with 23mm internal and 30-35mm height

I'm looking for a light wheelset, steel spokes, 23mm internal width (hooked), max. 35mm height and weight around 1300g, price preferably sub 600USD.

On Aliexpress Easedone, Go-Zone, Tagoola, none of them has a 23mm internal hooked with 35mm height rim.

That price to weight ratio is extremely limiting. Most 1200g wheels are more expensive. Those Wavy Serenade wheels are the only ones I am aware of that meet that price to weight ratio.

Here's a couple other options that are semi close:
-ICAN Alpha 40 II is 1388g at 475USD (deeper/heavier than you want)
-Yoeleo SAT C35 DB PRO NxT SL2 is 1260g  999USD (more expensive than you want)
-9Velo 2024 Road Disc LV 2.0 (35 depth) is 1224g at 929USD (more expensive than you want)
-Serenade 50mm 1200g Wave is 529USD but 50mm deep and 22mm internal (narrower and deeper than you want)


Maybe keep and eye on second hand market places like craigslist, ebay, TPC, BuyCycle, etc.
