Cheap 1x crankset

I am looking for a cheap alloy 1x crankset on alix. Any brand to recommend? I found some nice skeace ones but they come with a BB which I don't need. Hoping to save some cost here too.

i bought the Skeace crankset a few months ago.  It's a copy of the famous SRAM Omniums.  Worked well, no issues.  I didn't use the BB it came with, so now opinion on that.  The only complaint I'd have is that the crank arms felt relatively heavy; there isn't much effort made in the design to remove weight the way that most road and gravel alloy cranks have.

Cruzbike mtb cranks with the steel 24mm spindle and HT2 interface have worked well for me. I got these to try 155mm cranks, I have quite a few hard hours on these and have not had any issues.

I also got a set of cruzbike 140mm cranks from them just to try really short cranks - but with the 24mm aluminum spindle, and they have notable flex, even just on my commuter (they also don't have much clearance for wide chainstays). However they are advertised for kids/folding bikes, and would probably be fine in that application.

I've had a set of the 150mm, steel spindle Cruzbike cranks for about a year on one of my bikes.  Works fine.  The machining wasn't very good, I had to clean up the threads, but the crank functions fine. Probably 1000 miles on it doing rollers, group rides, and taking that particular bike on work travel trips.

That's basically my experience, I cleaned the pedal threads up with a tap.

Very pleased with the 1x Crankset from Prowheels. Especially since it doesn't require aditional spacers which is quite rare for Chinese cranksets:
