I ordered a frame during the current sale. Let's see how much I'll have to pay in customs duty, if anything. It cost me €140 for now, which is incredibly cheap for a frame.

Hello! I received my frame today and can confirm that a size L weighs 1,620 g, and the fork comes in at 420 g.

It arrived with thru-axles and a hanger, but no headset, seatpost, or clamp.
The frame itself appears to be of satisfactory quality, but the fork has a few rough edges.

I hastily ordered mine before the big sales, so in total it cost me 306 usd. That is including taxes (Norway)

Can anyone confirm the tire clearance on this frame?  I see a review on AliEx where someone says a 38 barely fit in the fork, but no mention of rear clearance.

Yea, this frame looks great to me, but I also saw that review with the clearance issue, so keen to see what the deal is.

I put some studded 40mm tires on with no issues (they measure at 40). Seems like 45 mm will fit fine.

My frame set finally arrived after around 90 days. The total cost was:

SubtotalUS $306.00
Coins-US $6.12
AliExpress Coupons-US $40.00
Tax refund-US $41.49
PayPal discount-US $20.00
Cashback-€40.00
Customs+€40.71
Total≈ €168.87 / $200

I can confirm that the finishing on the fork is a bit rough. I hope the brake caliper will fit properly without needing any facing on the fork. My frame also came without a headset or seat post clamp.

Please keep us updated on what parts you used, (headset and seatpost clamp) and stuff. I've been looking to get a gravel bike to join my friends but man, my facebook marketplace sucks.

Perhaps someone with more experience building bikes can help me. I'm trying to install the headset on the frame. The fork appears to have a molded-in crown race that looks to me like it's at a 45° angle. However, when I try to install the lower bearing, it doesn't sit all the way down, leaving a significant gap. Is this normal? The bearing size is 40mm x 52mm x 7mm: 45x45 deg.

I’m seeing the same thing on my frame. There is a larger-than-expected gap between the lower bearing and the molded-in crown race, definitely more than what I’m used to seeing on other bikes.

That said, everything seats consistently, rotates smoothly, and there’s no play once the headset is preloaded. Functionally it seems correct, even if it looks a bit unusual.

What seatpost diameter does it use? Sellers can't make up their minds.

I suppose that's just the way it is then. I'm not sure how great this is for the bearing's longevity.

27.2 mm

Hello! I think you posted in the wrong thread. Your frame is a Seabord GR02 and not a Twitter G2. Those frames have a different geometry and different cable routing.
