New aero frame - specs?

I am wondering where I could find this frame or its specs.
Since MMR is a brand who has been working with our chinese suppliers, like Speeder Cycling, maybe someone knows from which manufacturer could be this one this time?

I'm wondering if this is the bike that Joe has mentioned on the Nero show that he's been riding and should be revealed at the beginning of next month as they showed it in the brol, looks intriguing.

Although from these shots, the headtube seems quite wide actually, which doesn't make me too confident about the aero performance of the bike
