8 bolt carbon cranks

Has anyone experience with these  ? I bought a new bike and I am looking for options to swap over my SRAM 8 bolt power meter onto a crank with a 24mm spindle and this is about all I can find.

AFAIK 8-bolt interface is under patent, so you don't see many options with this interface aside from Sram/Quark
