A fork that fits a 58mm 700C tire, will have to have fork blade lengths like a standard 700C gravel fork.  Assuming you want to maintain your frames original frame's relative geometry.   To fit a 58 tire on a gravel bike that fits a regular geometry 700C fork, they have to engineer the fork crown that is wider and has a lower profile, otherwise the fork becomes longer like rigid carbon forks that are sold for 29er hardtails.   I am attaching a picture that shows several fork geometries.
I believe that 700C gravel forks have axle to crown lengths in the range of 400mm to 410mm.

Thank you. The one in the bottom left looks good. Does it have fully internal routing and where can I source it? Background is that on my custom frame the delivered fork has no hole for the fully internal routing.

Yeah the Deda does not fit with my handlebar because of the D shape steerer tube and the specific top cap. I also found the Seido MGV fork and also one from Winow Sports on AliX with claimed 700x60 clearance.

Agree that it looks like a G3 - they're likely just quoting clearance with the ISO standard of 4mm for road applications rather than the off-road standard of 6mm.

As mentioned by others on this forum, I think we’re still at a point where the only practical way to run >2.2" tires on a gravel bike is by using an MTB frameset with a rigid fork.

Here’s my current build: a BXT MTB-066 frame paired with a Ryet fork. Since I do beach racing, my main requirement was to fit 60mm G-One Speed tires. I upgraded from an Airwolf YFM026 (size XL) to this frame in size L for a shorter reach (as reach and stack become more aggressive with a rigid fork if its shorter than a typical MTB suspension fork), more progressive geometry, T47 BB, and the ability to fully internally route the cables.

My fork is 480mm with a 52mm offset. The increase in reach isn’t too bad, and I prefer the steeper seat tube angle for a more aero position. The head angle feels fine too—the original was already pretty slack.

Spcycle just made a model of their new gravel frameset for 700x57 (29x2,25) tires. It resembles the geometry of the new Mondince gravel bike with the same tire clearance. It is said in this article that this frame will be shown in May 2026.
