Hello everyone,

I have been a silent reader for some time now and am planning to build a complete TT bike for 2026.
I am currently looking for the right wheelset and unfortunately can only find options with a moderate width (mostly 28-29 mm wide).


1) Do you know of any rims that are between 90 and 120 mm deep and have an outer width of at least 31 mm?
1.1) I would also be interested in a full disc rear wheel with a DT hub and the same outer dimensions.

Most manufacturers usually only offer 28 mm wide rims/wheels, such as Lightcarbon here:

I would appreciate tips on individual rims as well as complete wheels.

I've been looking out for something similar, but haven't found something direct to consumer out of china.

Caden does have a disc wheels that meets your requirements:

Here’s a listing on AliExpress with a 108mm deep / wide option, but rims only. However, the ‘product details’ suggests they will build complete wheels too if you reach out to them. The 80mm deep x 23mm ID rim looks good to me too…no clue about quality, though.

Btlos has a 106mm deep rim with 35mm max width:

I would personally go with something less deep as the gains are very marginal and in conditions where they can possibly give you a decent benefit is conditions you don't want to ride them in. Basically, trying to get something that is attached to your steering axis to act like a sail it not necessarily a good proposition. It looks cool, though.
