LTWOO eGR shifter noise (possible issue?)
« on: December 19, 2025, 10:52:58 AM »
I recently finished to assemble the new groupset and noticed that the left shifter does a gliding sound accompanied by a very slight resistance at the beginning of the travel. The resistance drops very fast at the same time in which the sound can be heard.
I have tried to re-blead both brakes to see if it was something that i had done wrong but to no avail the sound is still there, and possibly even slightly louder, but there i don't know if it is just in my head.
I don't know and kinda hope it can have any impact on breaking performance and reliability, but just checking if anyone had a similar experience and if they solved it.

The  clicking noise in the video is way louder than in reality, when i move to film the other shifter i was not even able to hear anything while filming. At the same time the gliding sound seems to be quite muffled compared.

If the brakes work, you're fine. Braking on the eGR is actually quite solid. I wouldn't worry.
