WTD: Inexpensive V/Rim brake carbon frame for 28c tryes

Hi all,
I have an older PX frame that struggles with any tyres on rear that are 25c.
I am looking to buy a frame an swap components over to new one and slap on 28s.
cheap and cheerful will do as its a winter bike.

Not exactly what you asked for, but I'm only seen steel frames with cantilever/v-break sockets, like this one
