Seraph TT917...new?

I can't find much discussion about this bike on the web. Is it new? I see some Instagram posts from them back in December, so figuring it is new.

Seems to have good specs and it has a nice design to it. I like it much more than their 912 and 914 and it's cheaper than both of those.

Probably new, looks similar to the velobuild vb-tt-023. seat tube is quite slack for a TT frame. Stack/reach figures are pretty good. Front end also looks pretty similar to vb as well. Seatpost clamp doesn't look like it would allow much fore-aft movement which doesn't help the sta situation.

There is another TT frameset from Tantan/Seraph called T928

To me, the geometry and STA look good. Also, this frame has a UDH dropout and a good looking handlebar, even though I do not know how adjustable this bar will be.
What do the experienced triathletes and TT bike builders in the community think about the TT 928?
