IMO Bearings should never be considered part of a warranty - they are disposable parts. Routine replacement is perfectly normal for any wheels, especially if you start spraying water near hubs. Usually it is down to bad practice by users, pointing water at hubs or not drying the area after washing. Better quality steel bearings with 2rs and full seals will help, but still not be resistant to everything.
