gravel full build turn key?

Hi all.
What options are there for gravel full builds? A friend is looking for a gravel bike but would prefer something turn key.
The Nero show spoke of such a build yesterday, road.
Aliexpress not really an option, has to feel legit, not ghetto.
Alternative is western brand.
I don't know much about gravel, thought I'd ask!

In asia:
- Quicpro offers their GR:one as a full bike
- Winspace G3: offered as a full bike as well

Western:
- Rose, Canyon and Orbea have nice full package offers in my opnion where the wheels, components match the price tag.

Made in Italy steel for 2500 Euro is a pretty good turn key value proposition.

I would also give SAVA a go. I had their 1x build shipped and rode it over 15K km over two years time before I sold it. Great quality and pricing.
