I was initially tempted to get the ThinkRider PP5 because it’s cheap, but while doing my research, I came across Shane Miller’s review(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0CZEbVhC5w). His real-world testing was pretty straightforward: the power meter may be low-cost, but its accuracy and consistency are not reliable, and the data fluctuates a lot at higher power levels. For me, the core of a power meter is whether the data is accurate or not. If it’s not, then no matter how cheap it is, it's just money wasted. Honestly, even with a tight budget, don’t compromise on the power meter. Accurate and stable data is just too important.
Any recommendations for budget-friendly power meters with accurate data?
