thanks but i dont understand how is this possible ? if 160mm is native on the frame and fork then we need 20mm adapter for 180mm ?
My FM336 is built up with a Shimano GRX 2x12 Di2 groupset. For the front brake, I had to turn around the pre-installed adapter at the front caliper to change from a 180 mm to a 160 mm brake disc. The rear brake caliper does not come with a pre-installed adapter, and you need a 160 mm disc in the back out of the box. I have to say I'd prefer 140 mm for the rear brake. My rear wheel locks up way before I ever hit maximum braking power, so I don't see any reason to go bigger than 140 mm. The same goes for the front rotor. A 140 mm front rotor would deliver absolutely enough braking power.
