Nice paint scheme!

I have just about finished my build.
I used the spacers and integrated handlebar from my elves (that I sold)
I think it worked out quite well.

I also ordered an FM336 and I'm excited. The color is Pantone 2716 C (glossy)

First ride today!
Am going to be using this as my road bike with big tyres and flat greenway/canal bank/flat hardpack long distance stuff.
I surprised at how it held speed and the comfort. It zipps along nicely.
Certainly on a par with a lot of road bikes I have ridden.
The build went pretty much ok.
Slight problem with the alignment of the front caliper but got it sorted.
Paint is absolutley superb. Zero overspray and no issues with bearings being seated.

Set up
1x with a 48 front ring and a ZTTO 11-44 13 speed cassette.
KMC x12 chain
Wheeltop gravel groupset
LEESE Carbon crank
FForward wheels with DT Swiss 240s hubs with Challenge Strada 30mm tyres.

I'm stay with the FM336. I have 48mm rear and 52mm front tires. My frame will have  FM316 fork, which will further increase its aggressiveness and bring the handling closer to the Trek Checkmate SLR. The only difference will be a mere 1mm fork offset (49 vs. 50), but it still has the option of an additional 45mm offset.

Did you just asked Jack to have the 316 fork?

The fork offset will reduce the trail right? Is it the only difference?

What's the "option of an additional 45mm offset" ?

I believe its Chameleon 10 paint.

Headset spacers and bars are form a previous buld .Elves AeroEvo bars and the spacers that came with them. the top spacer was one I had laying aroound and the top cap was from Mondince.

Hi Yes!

Deda reponse my answer.

In case anyone is considering buying a Deda stem Superbox V2, keep in mind that you may need a dedicated compression ring.

I contacted Deda, and they replied first thing on Monday morning. After I sent them the dimensions of the Mondice compression ring and the size of the gap, they confirmed that this is the correct compression ring for my setup (around €37), although it can be found a bit cheaper online.

Hopefully this helps anyone facing the same issue.

I have built a fm316 and the standard compression ring coming with the deda superbox v2 stem is too high. Do you happen to have the dimensions of your fm336 original compression ring? I attach pictures of the stem installed as well as of the compression ring (fm316).

I finished building my bike a while back. I took it for a 370 km test ride, and to my surprise, everything works exactly as it should. The AI bike fitting actually worked :D

The final weight of the complete bike, including pedals, is 8.8 kg.

Here are the specs:
SRAM Force E1 shifters/brake levers and brakes
SRAM Rival derailleur, 10-46T cassette, and chain

Carbon crankset with power meter and 46T chainring

Wheels: generic Chinese carbon rims (45mm deep, 32mm internal width)

Tires: Tufo Thundero – 48mm front (actual width 52mm) and 44mm rear (actual width 48mm)

Ryet full-carbon saddle

P.S.
The storage compartment cover fell off during the first ride. I’m using a strap to hold it in place now.

What did you use for the "AI bike fitting"?
