I haven't tried any of the bikes, or any bike with "micro" suspension for that matter... BUT looking at geometries of the two bikes, they are a lot different from each other - and i think that should be the main point when choosing between these two..
the LCG087 does have really low headtube angle, which makes the trail really large - thus making it feel more like a MTB when steering. It will be slow, and not very reactive - and that MAY be a good thing, depending on how you like it. Wheelbase is also longer on the LCG087, and stack is a bit higher.
Myself i would not even look at this frame because of the trail - cus i like more reactive steering. Higher trail = more stable when going straight, but slower steering.
So choose LCG087 if you want more MTB-like handling, and LCG074 if you want it more road-like handling.
