Absolute banger of a frame. If it's manufactured and rides as good as it looks, chapeu. Enjoy building it!

Ordered one as well. Metallic #4 fading to UD Carbon, gloss finish. I'm very excited after seeing your pictures. The finish / paint quality looks really good.

If you guys need some guidance for the metallic colors, SPCycle sent me these as examples:

Color #4 metallic (gloss finish)

Color #8 metallic (gloss finish)

Color #11 metallic (gloss finish)

Color #13 metallic (gloss finish)

Color #15 metallic (gloss finish)

Color #16 metallic (gloss finish)

No one cares that this is still a long and agressive frame?

coming from a Tideace Noah which is even lower and longer I think this will be more comfortable both front and rear

My ican x-gravel in L looks to be about the same as the g028 in M The hub on this is about a cm lower and relationally the seat and bars will be about 1cm more towards the front. So I'll be further forward over the bb, but this has a bit more trail. Could be minor and meaningful changes. I'm not expecting it to feel much different though.

I'm more worried about shipping time and QA at this point.

My frame is on the way according to SP-Cycle.
No real info on the tracking site yet.
Anyone received the frame already in Europe?
How long was the shipping time?

For me the geometry is a major selling point.
The FM356 with its' 61mm tyre clearance sounded good but just far too much stack.
I cannot make it work and I am not young (57) or super flexible.

Thanks for the photos and tire clearance measurements! What is the size of your frame?

Mine arrived today. I've handled quite a few Chinese frames before, and I wasn't expecting much, but this one is absolutely terrible and potentially dangerous.

This can't be the production quality; I can only imagine I received a sample. The visual aspects (a lot of orange peel in the clear coat, severe overspray on the brake caliper mounts) are one thing, but the bike is also flawed functionally. The front wheel can't be installed because the fork dropouts are undersized. The frame already shows signs of delamination in the top layer, right there when you look inside the storage box. Fork is an absolute joke.

Delamination inside the frame storage:

What happened to the fork? There's also a handwritten note on the steerer tube that Google Translate isn't reliably translating. I can't imagine it means "QC pass."

I've sent an email to SPcycle; let's see what they say.

Gemini translated to Jinshan Bamboo (or literally, "Gold Mountain Bamboo").

That fork looks rough and is not confidence inspiring. Mine has not shipped yet. Hopefully it's from a run with improved quality.

Mine hasn't been shipped either. I asked them a couple days ago and they said they expect to ship it on monday. Seeing the quality does give me a bad feeling about it.

That fork is beyond horrible and a clear case for the landfill.
I knew QC would be a gamble, when I ordered. But that's beyond my wildest imagination .
Keep us updated how SPcycle handles this.
