Unfortunately, that response was to be expected.
I can't speak for your frame, as I can't make it out clearly in your photos.
But if your fork doesn't qualify as a warranty case / manufacturing defect, then nothing ever will.
So they not only have zero quality control, they also offer absolutely no warranty support.
For what its worth:
I have a bunch of chinese fork, been unsing those for years. Every single one is much better than the spcycle. I also have a Carbonda CFR 707 and been riding it happily for 6 years.
I am an engineer with 25 years of experience, specializing—among other things—in composite structures and fatigue calculations.
I have never seen worse quality than the spcycle forks, especially yours and mine.
