Incolor just shared this teaser on Instagram...renderings of what appears to be various iterations of TT bikes that are a copypasta of the Hope, Look, and Pinarello track bikes, as well as the seat tube from the V1RS (?) for good measure. And the "I am speed" catchphrase too, lol. Ka-chow!

Shanghai bike show should be exciting, no?

All the models in the back are presumably concepts from earlier in the design process. In terms of similarity it's conceptually extremely similar to the current BMC Timemachine, as well as the previous Timemachine, which had the misaligned seat tube and post half a decade before colnago.

More teasers posted. This one makes clear that Incolor have designed a fork/headtube solution that inverts the bayonet fork.

Bayonet forks are fundamentally a door-hinge design with 3 knuckles. The traditional bayonet fork design has the frame as the central knuckle and the fork as the outer knuckles. Incolor appear to have reversed this, so that the fork is now the central knuckle. Interesting solution, I wonder how they are routing the brake hose though.

Incolor designers are clever. I really like the way they think. I am guessing that the hose is run ACR style out the top or bottom of the fork into the frame where the joint is. This would mean that there is dual diameter thing going on inside to try and put the hose as close to the turning axis as possible. Basically, the reverse of what FSA did for the internal fork hose. Since the front brake doesn't exit the fork, you only need room to route that one hose.

Seems to be another integrated seatpost situation like the SSR. Considering how much of TTing is dialing in aerodynamics and biomechanics of fit, I wouldn't want this over another proven TT frame.

Yes, as I said, like the SSR, where you have to retain thr cut piece of the seat post and cut it apart into spacer which you have to insert between the seat post and the expander insert to adjust your seat height
