I have good info that the Magene groupsets are likely to be released late this year / early next year in the west. Apparently they are still in the process of setting up distributor relationships and taking feedback from pro team testing to revise the products.

It's cheaper to buy via taobao, I've heard the groupset is region locked this could create issues with set up and software.
