I'm looking to build a new road bike.
I ride about 10 miles a day with pretty flat roads or road trails with mild climbs. I do have packed gravel trails near my home and would like to put gravel specific wheels on when I ride those trails. My current bike is a 2014 Devinci Leo SL carbon frame and fork with FSA carbon bars, stem, and seat post. The rest of the bike is parts from a Diamondback road bike which has a Shimano 8 speed groupset.
Also I'm either considering a 1X setup so would it be better to go with SRAM DUB to accept a larger chainring up front? If I go 1X it will be 13 speed cassette. If I go 2x, it will be 12 speed cassette.
Currently I'm considering the Lightcarbon LCR018-D or LCR017-D.
Other parts considered are...
Galfer Wave DB101WCL rotors
LightCarbon SD02 seat
Wheeltop EDS TX groupset
Kinan Golden Axis pedals
LightCarbon BC11 bottle cages
Zen Vaporlite Ultra road wheelset
ENVE SES Race Day 27C tires
LightCarbon C52DB gravel wheelset
Not sure what 32C gravel tires
Emilee XXE 310 or Rpantahi crankset
Riro carbon chainring
CEMA bottom bracket.
