It’s weird cos when looking at the Mondice blueprint the top tube seems wayyyyyy slacker than the OPEN. But according to the comparison not at all…!!

Are there some news on the time of year during which this frame will be available to buy?

That looks fantastic! Risky download, I fully expected to hear Rick Astley's infamous song. I really love the Open Wide style rack-less frame mounts.

Hi all,

on the first glance this frame seems to me like the one i´ve waited for. only the short wheelbase got me thinking.
I did a quick math and the following problem shows:

a: front-center: 611,5 mm
b: wheel radius: 755/2 = 377,5
c: crank length (short one): 165 mm

a-b-c=69 mm

Thats the room for your shoe form centre of the pedal to the front wheel. In my case i would need at least 95 mm not to get an overlap.
So my question: is this concerning? do i get it wrong? how much longer could a 56 frame be?

I’m not sure when it will be on AliExpress but it will be available in all sizes in 20 days + or -. I ordered a size 58 and that was the last size they were making and that is the time frame I was given.

How did you order. Do you have a direct contact to mondince? On their website is nothing to find about this frame...

Thank you for the info! It would be cool if you post here the pics of the frameset when you get it. What was the price for the frameset? When you will get it approximately? Sorry for too many questions😁

Hi! I have Carbonda CFR505 gravel bike in size M which have 597,8 mm front-center. I have 165 mm crank and 700x40 tires and I have overlap on veeeeeeery rare occasions and it don’t bother me at all. Front-center distance is longer on this frame so i hope overlap will be less noticeble.

Yeah I think you're right. I checked my 2015 Diverge with which i never had problems and that's pretty short with 607 front center. Thanks for replying

Mondice top tube is 549mm, Open Wi.De 528mm. Seat tube angle both 73.5, Reach is identical with 374mm. How does this work?  ???

Seems like Mondince can math correctly while Open relies on Gerard Vroomen engineering.
