Please can you guys chatting with Spect ask them if 32mm tires really is the limit? Both frames?

I was about mira told that 35 is fine, 38 for dry conditions in the back maaaybe fits, but front can fit 38's.

Super thrilled the MIRA has a 73° STA. I won’t have to jam my saddle all the way backwards  8)

Would love to see a 140mm stem option though.

Will we see your review potentially? 👀

Exactly my thought... supernice aerobike, and failing with that one.. i think with a more aero-focused frame it should have steeper STA.
74 or 74.5 even for 540 frame.

They said this about the Mira frame:
"We have full confidence in the Mira's build quality and paintwork.
But when it came to geometry, we lacked a clear direction, so we drew inspiration from the Cervelo S5."
🤣

At least they are honest LOL

I'm starting to think this brand was created by sales agents rather than engineers. Maybe I'm totally off?

The possibly AI written PDF brochure. The honest lack of design direction. Even the 73° STA on the MIRA doesn't make sense considering they only offer a max stem cockpit of 120mm.

They did a great job on the decals and pricing which, again, leads me to believe the brand is being operated by market driven folks. Because the MIRA looks like they slapped a bunch of on-trend design queues together without understanding why such designs exist.

A mix between the Cervelo S5 and Factor ONE

Getting a bit of that vibe myself Patrick I have to say.
Shows the power of some good branding!
Roll on the LCR020

Realized way to late the geo is exactly like the S5…
So far the zero offset post is in developing, thought it is available for the Mira but both bikes have right now just a 15mm offset Seatpost
Custom paint is possible but they will adjust it in the near future, whatever this means

But tbh, the contact via Insta is quite good and they respond fast. Personally I will wait how the Seatpost situation develops and I think also waiting for custom paint is worth it

Has anyone placed an order right now? Because I asked for prices and send them my desired design I created with Chat Gpt. But no response to the price question, so far just the information from the brochure

You can't do wrong copying S5 geometry. That's an excellent bike

They just replied from their Instagram account: their lead time is 45 days, plus 30 days for shipping.

I don’t really believe it. Someone commented that the Mira bike shown in one of the photos is still a prototype. So are they saying they’re going to finish the prototype and start production within 45 days from now? I don’t get it.

I am actually quite interested in this frame. All being said above.

Maybe I've gotten numb from my gratuitous amounts of bike reviews. Or the vast majority of bikes from the Shanghai Bike Show didn't really inspire blood flow inside my pants.

What I'm looking forward to:
-Light Carbon LCR020
-Spect Strada
-Tavelo Arden
-Tavelo Arow 2 (which I have photos of  :-X)

Tbf, with everyone going towards bayonette fork + positive angled handlebar I also got a bit jaded. Very little stands out when everyone goes down the same route.

The 73° STA of the S5 is measured at stack height.
With a normal seat height it's a lot steeper effectively (> 74°).

As a 1x only guy I'm not too excited about the 405mm chainstay length but then again what's 5mms?
Looks like even if you max out tires there will be quite the gap to the seat tube on the Mira frame due to the seat stay-seat tube join construction which simply seems too far back.

That's far from ideal in terms of looks and aero. Not a big fan of V-shaped bars. On flat terrain I almost exclusively ride UCI-illegaly with my forearms/ellbows rested on the bars.
Not really possible here.
