Custom Kits (Jersey & Bibs)

Dear fellows,

a topic is crossing my mind every now and then as I get deeper into the cycling rabbit hole: are there any well established sellers that do custom kits in small quantities? Would love to design and rock a jersey with a couple of friends.However, quantity would most likely be <10.

I had the pleasure of working a few months ago with Lena from https://www.tarstone.com/, they made me 7-8 custom skinsuits if I'm not mistaken, with shipping we are around €65 per piece, with excellent quality, just pay attention to the model and be precise during communications, I feel like giving you this advice For the rest, everything is great

With custom made, do they also do custom sizing like extra sleeve length?

I think you should ask them, dunno I didn't needed custom measurements but I don't think it's a problem for them

I always felt the minimums and cost were prohibitive for a really small group/team/shop order.

Hi all, thank you very much for the feedback so far. I am already in daily contact with Sarah from Tarstone.

What is your experience regarding sizing? According to the website I should be an XL with bein 180 , 85kg and a quite athletic build. Any other recommendations?

I just did a sample order from Sarah. I got a plain black short sleeve jersey and army green bibs. I am 178cm and 75kg and went with L. I will update once I receive them. Paid 66$ cad all in.
