Chinese frames with internal routing *not* through headset bearings?

I've just come across a Cannondale integrated headset system that looks like the best of both worlds: fully integrated, but no cables go through headset bearings so they can be serviced easily. It looks like Cannondale only produced it for a short time and have now abandoned it.
It's on the 2020 SuperSix Evo:
