Mondince FM376 - 57mm tire clearance

I was set on FM366, but FM376 immediately just has a better vibe about it.
Ordered it in size M, UD raw carbon high-gloss finish, no rivets on fork and rear triangle. Who needs those extra 50g. Price with Shipping to EU €632. Should receive it mid September.

I just sent an inquiry about the same configuration without a specific intention to buy. Size M, UD raw glossy without rivets in fork and rear triangle. But because Jack answered all my questions so quickly and Mondince seems to have good reputation here, i spontaneously placed an order. One hour between first mail and payment. Good job Jack

Asking about lead times, the answers were a bit confusing to be honest. He said frame is in stock and ready to be painted tomorrow. Stock frame has rivets  that will be closed. Easy job he said, but having the frame shipped within a couple of days would be quite a surprise?!

Would two bolts under the downtube be an option? I would like to place a bottle or repairkit there.

Just had contact with Jack, they canceled the two bolts on the downtube because the placed the internal storage box lower. The bolts would be blocking/damaging the inside bag.

I'm sure size M will fit you well. I'm 176/82 and I'm comparing it to my Cube Nuroad SLX M which is just a smidge too big for me. Also Canyon's Grail has almost identical geo as FM376 and their calculator puts me on S (same size as FM376 M).

I have just placed my order, size S, apparently 15 days for the moulds to be made then however long painting and shipping will be on top of that.

Not sure about sizing - I have a Carbonda 696 size 56 and generally ride 56 size frames.
The medium has longer reach, somewhat lower stack and slightly shorter ETT, while the L has a lot more reach, longer ETT as well as a smdige higher stack. But on the other hand steeper SA.
So the question is if I should go for a longer fit with short stem or go for the M frame with lower stack and more spacers.
The L looks more like a typical 58 size frame which I normally would consider too big.

For reference, I am 181 tall and usually sit on 76 cm seat height.

I'm also a bit confounded by the geo, coming from a road background. 183cm, 76ish cm seat height -- ride a 56 road race frame with a slammed, long stem, but not sure how this progressive geo on gravel translates.. is the idea to go for a much shorter stem and have similar Reach+, to use the Canyon parlance?

All depends on what/how you ride. Usually you tend to have a bit more total stack on Gravel and either same or a wee bit less reach. This because it is easier to control on bad roads, then you usually want to sit a bit more upright. The most important part is maybe where you tend to ride the bike 😀
But yes, gravel bikes usually have longer front center, so you usually need a bit shorter stem. And also, it gets a bit easier to control the front tire with a bit shorter stem. 70-100mm is quite common - some as short as 60mm, but it depends on the frame.

Deep diving a bit more on the geo - in size M it is quite close to a Crux 5 size 56 (albeit slightly lower stack), in size L it is very close to the Canyon Grizl in (M) which is Canyons recommended size for me.
So it is a bit of a choice between "racey, lively more twitchy" like the Cruz or "stable, adventure machine" like the Grizl with a shorter stem.
But what seems strange is the standover?
Standover appears to be almost + 6 cm (57 mm) compared to the Canyon?? Surely that is pretty big? And for a bike that you want to take off road, perhaps also with top tube bags .etc, you definitely don't want a high top tube / low standover.
Compared to a road bike, like the SuperSix Evo size 56 the standover is almost + 10 cm???

They're measuring standover differently. Mondince measures top of headtube to bottom, Canyon measures toptube over bottom bracket to bottom.
