Custom paint (decals and possible air brushing)

I would like to find a paint shop in China where I could directly send a raw carbon frame that I will buy to paint it with this inspiration:

Has anyone done something similar in the past? I inquired to this shop I found on Bilibili: 驰欧创意涂装 and they quoted me 7500rmb. Is this pricing standard?
