Integrated handlebar with raise?

I'm looking for an integrated handlebar with a bit of raise. The steering tube of my bike is cut a bit too short, and I want to raise the handlebar with minimum 20, ideally 25-30mm.

because
- I have Shimano 105 mechanic, 12 speed, and this one allow for internal routing for 4 cables (two for brakes, two for shifters)
- It's a 20mm raise, 70mm reach, 110 drop, -7degrees. The small reach and small drop are a plus for me. I've found designs similar to Tavelo, with 25mm raise, but -10 degrees, 77mm reach, 123mm drops (for instance, XMCS) - the raise is basically almost canceled by the angle and the reach.
- I need an 9 cm stem, 38 cm top, and a bit of flare (3-4 cm)

Questions:
1. Any feedback about the handlebar that I've found? Any real experiences with this brand - YICHORD (sounds like a weird jazz chord to me ) ?
2. Can you propose me alternatives along the lines of what I need (ideally: integrated, 25-30 mm raise, -7 degrees, 70 reach, 110 drops, 3-4 cm flare, for a size 380/90mm, compatible with internal routing)?

- Could you purchase a new fork?
- There are fork tube extenders , but they add weight and likely don't work with new cable routing systems.

A new fork might be easiest in the long run, versus hoping to find a one-off integrated handlebar.

the height difference between -7 degrees and -10 degrees for that short of a stem is only 5mm. the Tavelo with a 25mm rise but -10 degrees is effectively the same height as the aliX bar with 20mm rise and -7 degrees.

These bars are basically LIGHTCARBON’s HBR017

HBR17 is similar to those aliexpress bars but they have less rise and are much lighter. Also the shape is a bit more round. I like the looks of the HBR17 more it doesn't have that sharp rear edge on the tops. If it had more rise it would be great.

The xmcs road riser bar is almost perfect but I think they might be even heavier than those aliexpress bars. I think they would of been plenty stiff with 40-50g less weight.

Looks similar to Ullicyc T4 Ultra, I am running the T4 cockpit on two bikes and I am very happy with it.
Noticed Hudud started selling it as HB071, but I have not came across Yichord.

They all look similar to the Lightcarbon HBR017 but there seem to be differences as pointed out by other forum contributors.
