Just picked up two Onirii RH ONE integrated handlebars (110mm and 120mm) from TAOBAO. They include standard round headset covers for both internal and external routing, though you can custom-order 3D-printed ones for specific bike models.

The Good: Lightweight, comes with gold Ti bolts, and features a huge rise. It’s a lifesaver if your frame is sized down and you need more stack height.

The Bad: There is some noticeable flex, particularly in the drops. Heavy, high-power riders might find it lacks stiffness.

Verdict: That same flex combined with the rise makes for an incredibly comfortable and forgiving ride.

Oh… that’s not a good news for me, I don’t like handlebar that are not really stiff… I might cancel my order…

I found them on AliExpress for 300 usd. How much is in Taobao? I'm having issues in creating an account there.

I'm also having some trouble opening an account on Taobao. I tried following some online guides, but nothing worked. It would be nice if there were a guide here.

Put them on a Bianchi Aquila RC tt frame and it's pure bikeporn.

The Taobao price is RMB 1,380–1,480,
and the custom headset cap is RMB 80–100.
International shipping is extra.

The Onirii bar looks very interesting.  Available now on their direct website of US$280:  https://www.oniriibike.com/products/onirii-hb-02-universal-integrated-rised-handlebar-carbon-bars-fit-28-6-mm-head-tube-with-stopwatch-holder-spacer-for-road-bike

However, I can't figure out this drawing.  Measuring the reach from sort of near the clamp bolt hole makes no sense.  I've emailed asking for explanation.

They seem to measure stem length from where the stem would sit with spacers to reach the equivalent bar height, iirc the aliexpress product page said somewhere that the chart is specific to a 72° head angle.

I think what they're trying to explain is in the attached.

Anyways, a 90mm length would work well for me.  The drawing says there is one, but it's not offered for sale.
