TPU Tubes for big road tires

I'm fed up with tubeless on road tires never working so I want to simplify my life by going to TPU but I'm struggling to find one that would fit my needs.

I want an 80mm aluminium valve and for it to work with 35mm tires.

So far the only option I found that is close is this https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005012286181375.html 80mm stem, fits 33 to 45 tires. BUT the valve is plastic.

All the alu valve I seem to find are max 65mm, or some are 80 but only fits max 32 tires.

Have any of you found anything ?

I've been using cyclami tpu tubes which have a plastic valve on my 47mm (50mm WAM) commuter tyres for about 1 year and haven't had a puncture or leak.

I’m using the purple gustavo tubes 35-50mm on my gravel bike with 40mm tires. Plastic valves, but no issues at all. Super cheap too, usually get them for about $6 for 2 with the bundle deals.

What problems are you having with tubeless? I'm the opposite, I try to avoid all tubes if possible.

The issue I have with tubeless is the maintenance, and in the event where you have a full failure of the tubeless (hole not sealing, bacon strip not helping) putting a tube in the tire on the side of the road with sealant everywhere is NOT fun. Hapened to me last week...


So I'm giving TPU tubes a try as I'm a new-ish cyclist and never ran tubes, always had tubeless. And since I'm switching tires because mine are probably cooked since I've been getting a lot of small punctures the past few weeks, I'm thinkink it's the right timing to try something else.


Might come back to tubeless but then I'll know both sides of the story
