Velobuild Shipping Times

I’m curious if anyone has placed an order recently from VeloBuild? Placed an order for a gravel frame in glossy black. Simple order, no custom paint job or any special handling. Going on four weeks since my order has been stuck on awaiting shipping status and I’m not getting any responses from VeloBuild to my inquiry. Just wondering what other people’s experiences are recently. Thanks for any feedback.

To add, I’m in USA.

Did you contact them again? They were on holiday for a week. That probably stopped production temporarily.
