I am very happy with my 1x11 XX1 but now SRAM has taken 1x to the next level.  Another step toward obsolescence of the front derailleur.

I'm so damn excited about this.  My XX1/X01 setup had been fantastic and really changed the way I ride.  This looks like an improvement in every category including durability which I know many of you had trouble with.

The only thing stopping this purchase is my 256. If it cracks, CS41 and Eagle will be in their way!  But I really hope the 256 didn't crack.

Excited too!

10-42 is definitely not large enough range for XC Marathon in the Alps. Eagle might get me to 1x
