Fulcrum Red hp 29er wheels

Bike Discount in Germany have Fulcrum Red HP 29 and 27.5 wheel sets priced pretty competitively. They come with an adaptor for a 15mm thru axle for the front hub however you do need to buy an adapter for the rear hub to convert to 12mm thru axle.

The prices are in euros exclusive of VAT and are approximately 192 Euro to 210 Euro depending on configuration. XD Driver is approximately 200 Euro.

I am not associated with Bike Discount or fulcrum. Just keen to pass on what looks like a good deal for a wheelset or back up wheel set.

Wheelset weight is 1751 grams for 29er. 19mm internal width and 28 spokes. Hubs are 20mm axle.

Cost in US dollars is approximately $213 to $233 USD.

That said, there is a reason why these wheels are so cheap (cause the really are):
- Who wants 19 mm ID MTB rims today? Not many people.
- How many spokes do people want? Usually 32 (not a big big deal, but still, I would not).
- 20 mm axle. OK it comes partially with an adaptor.

So, it's a great deal for someone who needs something outdated.
