I bought a set of wheels form them over the summer.  There were some issues with shipping but I have not had any issues since.

For the handle bar its a M5x18mm you can probably put a regular nut on the other end to hold it.

Finally done. Took it for a quick 10 mile ride and it feels faster than my CAAD 7. Still need to put on the bar tape.

Almost done, thus far I like it. The pedals are NOT staying just used them for the first test ride. 
Need to trim some cables
adjust the shifting
wrap the bars
raise the seat
install the real pedals
cut the fork
install bottle cages
other things I am forgetting

I am in the process of painting my 168 now.  So far I have spent about $20 on supplies, hopefully it turns out looking better than it does now.
This is without clearcoat or wet sanding. 



The paint is Duplicolor Shift

I had the same experience with HF the frame price was ok but the shipping was too much, so I paid velobuild $!45 and got my frame in less than a week.
