Title: What frame is this?

I saw a photo of this bike online, it looks like it's from the Aerotec brand, I couldn't find any information about the brand so I was wondering if any expert eye could recognize the frame manufacturer.

The head tube area looks awful in a distinctly awful way, I've seen that before on this forum, I'm pretty sure. I didn't register it to memory because of how ugly it is to my eyes, but I'm sure someone will chime in. Probably tantan or one of the usual suspects. Did you try a Google image search? It's quite powerful sometimes. AliExpress has a module like that too, you could try your luck there too.

Looks like a Cipollini copy/homage
