Title: Alloy Road Bars?
Post by: RhubarbChrisP on May 21, 2025, 10:33:47 PM
Is there a concensus on good quality alloy road bars (or even carbon bars)? An Elita One or Kalloy Uno bar equivalent?

I have had the Unno alloy bar on my commuter for over 1 year, and they're flawless, and nice in the 36 option. Only thing I didn't like was the bar is only 25.8 in the round areas so a bit small, but thick bar tape can fix that.

I've swapped it for Toseek T30 in 36 width carbon bar, which was a bad idea, the clamping area on the bar doesn't go high enough for the Sensah HRD shifters to be mounted correctly. I'm probably going to switch back to the unno bar.

Fouriers is also great option, but on a bit pricey side.

This is all you need. Get their stem as well while you are at it.
