Carbonda offers some options, but not particularly lightweight.

Good demonstration of the storage compartment for their Gravel bike with a lot of stuff inside, tools, pump, bag for gels etc.

They also provide price info, on their website now: starting $899 for full frameset w/o handlebar, $1068 with handlebar. And a lighter carbon variant for $200 more.

Of course, the Quick frame also supports custom paint, but there are some restrictions.
