Title: handlebar for integrated stem options?

Does anyone know of any good options for a flared handlebar with the center hole for use with an integrated stem? I tried to search the forum but all I could find was full barstems. I looked on AliX and couldn't really find anything but it's possible I missed something. Right now the only one I know of is Enve's and for some reason their smallest size for their gravel bar is a 42. I was hoping for a 38 or 40cm. I'm not interested in a one piece barstem, it would require me to design and 3D print a custom spacer.
