Title: Help Derailleur mechanical.

I'm building a bike a mechanical SRAM Rival groupset. I had no issues with the rear derailleur, but i'm not sure if the front derailleur is positioned correctly.
The cable housing rus from the shifter to the small hole above the totton bracket shell. There's no cable guide or stop on the freme. I've installed it with the housing going directly into the hole, but I don't think that's the correct way to set it up.
Does anyone know if there's supposed to be a cable guide or stop for this?

Hey. I've had the issue before. For proper functuioning of Sram Yaw derailleur you need to have the cable stop.

Thanks. How did you set it up? what kind of stop did you use on the inside of the hole?

Back in the days I sourced a random cable stop from my LBS. I filed it a little to fit it to my frame. You should look how your it looks like in your frame and look for stops with the similar side facing the inners of your frame. Alternatively, you can 3D print it (example: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3589104).
