Title: Best enduro frames

Hi all

 Looking to do a enduro build soon. Preferably around the 165mm+ rear wheel travel mark. Compatible with 170-180 forks as that's what I already have spare at home

Carbonda FM1266 (aka FM1003), or one of the third party reseller/open mold versions such as the ICAN P17 or DCB F180.

It’s the best bike I’ve ever owned. Great kinematics and jumps incredibly well. Stiff, solid and trustworthy. Personally I recommend buying it straight from Carbonda (see the dedicated thread for a couple posts about the ICAN variant), but you may save a significant amount by getting the DIY Carbon version.

I will second the 1266 or 1003 frame as a great option. I have the Ican version and I personally have not had issue but there are others that have.  I have ridden mine on park days at the local lift and also in Moab on the Whole Enchilada trail. It was great and actually climbed shockingly well for a 180mm bike with a coil. 

I can also recommend that you avoid the light carbon super enduro frame the LCFS948.  A friend ordered this and it broke on the first or second run.  Light carbon was willing to warranty it but he took the option for a different frame.   They apparently made some changes to the rear swing arm but I am not sure what. It appears to be the same on the outside from the pictures.  Maybe they have a burlier layup or something.  But with the 1003/1266 being such a sweet frame I would personally go that route.

As the friend above said, FM-1266 is a great frame. If you want stronger performance, you can consider Quick's Force
